We understand that unexpected things can come up that necessitate changing or canceling your video support appointment.
Appointments may be re-scheduled or cancelled in the following ways:
If it is more than 1 hour before your appointment:
- You may re-schedule or cancel an appointment via Setmore by logging in with the same email address that was used to book your appointment and managing your appointments; OR
- Reply to the email you received with your Zoom login details and we will be happy to assist with re-scheduling or canceling your appointment
If it is less than 1 hour before your appointment:
- Reply to the email you received with your Zoom login details and we will be happy to assist with re-scheduling or canceling your appointment; OR
- Call our customer service team at 1.866.656.2462 and provide the email address or phone number provided when booking your appointment and we will be happy to assist.
