In Canada, our convertible have the National Safety Mark, which states that the seat is certified to CMVSS 213 and 213.1, which demonstrates both vehicle & aircraft certification. Please follow vehicle belt installation instructions found in your owner's manual. |

In the US, there is a label on the back of the Foonf which clearly states: "This restraint is certified for use in motor vehicles and aircrafts". Please follow lap-belt only installation instructions found in your owner's manual. |
