How do I return my order?

We accept returns on Clek car seats, booster seats and accessories (excluding the q-tether and p-thingy) if they meet the following criteria:

• All products are unused and in original packaging with a valid receipt from Clekinc.com or Clekinc.ca.
• Tags, manuals, and labels still attached.
• Return is processed within thirty (30) days from the date the product was delivered.

To return your order, you will need to contact us to request a return label. We will provide you with a prepaid UPS shipping label to have the items shipped back to us. Once received, we would then refund the cost of the applicable product(s) minus the return fee(s) once your return has been reviewed to ensure it is in new condition.

You will need both your order number and the email address associated with your purchase to start the return process.

* Note: Orders returned without proper packaging or in used condition may be subject to up to a 30% re-stocking fee. You will be given the option to pay to have the product shipped back to you if your return is rejected due to the condition it is received in.
