Video support appointments are done via zoom. An email confirmation is sent out ahead of your appointment with a join link and password that is unique to your appointment.
If you haven't received the email 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, please check your bulk/junk/spam folders as some email providers may filter the email into a different folder. If you are still unable to locate the email, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Please note that you may need to install the zoom app on your device ahead of your appointment. We recommend using this test link prior to your appointment to test that your audio and video is working as expected.
