How do I properly repackage the Fllo?

When repackaging your Fllo for return or travel, the following tips will ensure it is best protected inside the box.

Prepare car seat and components

• Uninstall the headrest, place cardboard insert between the back of the the headrest and the headrest rods, then wrap it in the plastic bag
• Make sure the recline foot is rotated back in to the base in forward facing position.
• Secure the anti-rebound bar in the seat using the harness as shown
• Wrap the entire seat in the plastic bag

Prepare box and inserts

• Place packing material into the box as shown

Package the seat in the box

• Place car seat in box facing up
• Place headrest in box with the back of the headrest facing out, and the rods pointing up
• Place foam sheet across the front edge of the car seat cushion
