Can I safely install Fllo forward-facing if my vehicle has no Top Tether anchors?

Fllo MUST be installed with a Top Tether when forward-facing.

NOTE: If unavailable, we recommend that you check with your vehicle manufacturer for the availability of retrofitting anchors into the vehicle. The Top Tether is a critical component in stabilizing forward-facing harnessed convertible seats and significantly reduces potential head, neck, and spinal cord injuries. ALL Canadian provinces and territories require the tether be properly used for any forward-facing harnessed seat.
