Is it safe if the back of Liing's base lifts slightly from the vehicle seat to allow the Load Leg Pressure Indicator to turn fully green?

Provided that the Load Leg is adjusted to the first locked position that turns the Load Leg Pressure Indicator to green, it is permissible for the back of the base to be lifted slightly from the vehicle seat.

Take care to ONLY extend the load leg as far as needed to turn the pressure indicator FULLY green.
