Harness straps routed through harness slots at or above the child’s shoulders. Removed visible slack from the hips. Unable to pinch a horizontal fold in the harness straps at the collarbone. Chest clip positioned at armpit level. Buckle tongues locked into buckle. Top of the child's ears are not above the top of the headrest.
