Warning: Do not use your car seat after a crash of any kind. A crash can cause damage to this car seat that you cannot see.

Clek Accident Replacement Policy:

All Clek car seats must be replaced if they been involved in a collision of any kind, regardless of the severity of the impact. Even minor collisions can cause structural damage to the car seat that may not be visible. The safety and integrity of the seat could be compromised, potentially endangering a child in a future incident.

This policy is also clearly stated in the "WARNING" section of your respective car seat manual, which can be accessed online at clekinc.com/manuals. We strongly encourage you to review this information.
 

If Your Seat Has Been Involved In A Collision:

We understand that dealing with the aftermath of a collision can be stressful. When you are ready, please contact our Customer Support team to report the collision, along with the seat model and serial number, which you can locate using the instructions located here.

Once you have replaced your car seat, we encourage you to recycle your damaged seat through the Clek car seat recycling program. This program is part of our commitment to environmental responsibility.
