Shipping and Delivery Times
We know you're excited to receive your order! Here is a breakdown of our standard processing and shipping times to help you know when to expect your delivery.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed on ShopClek require 3–5 business days to be processed and shipped out from our facility.
Once your order is ready to go, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Tracking Your Order
Please note a crucial detail about tracking updates:
You will receive an initial email confirming shipment once your shipping label has been created. However, it may be several days before the tracking status is updated by the carrier. Status updates on your UPS tracking page typically appear within 24 hours of UPS picking up your package from our facility.
Expected Transit Times by Carrier
Transit times are estimates and depend on your geographic location.

Shipping Times during Major Holidays or Sales Event:
- Please note that orders may have longer than expected delivery windows during major sales events, including Black Friday, Christmas and Boxing Day periods. We're a small team, but we do our best to ensure that all shipments are processed as quickly as possible. Thanks in advance for your patience!
Important Notes:
- Replacement Parts: Orders for Replacement Parts are expected to ship within 1–2 weeks (this time is separate from the transit time).
- Canada Post Service Disruptions: Please note that we do not deliver seats via Canada Post. As such, seat orders will not be affected by any ongoing Canada Post service disruptions.
- Accessories ship separately from seats, and may arrive sooner, after, or at the same time as your seats. Be sure to check their tracking status by clicking the "Other packages in this shipment" dropdown.
- Orders for multiple seats may arrive as separate shipments. If you've received one, but not all, of your expected packages, please be sure to check their tracking status by clicking the "Other packages in this shipment" dropdown.
