Why was I charged a foreign transaction fee for my order?

While we charge all US orders in USD, as a Canadian company it is possible that orders placed on our website may result in a foreign transaction fee by your card issuer.

We are unable to refund these fees as they are not collected by Clek and we would recommend contacting your card issuer for further information.
